Seeking strict legal action against violators involved in damaging public property, Municipal Corporation (MC) has submitted police complaint over damaging of newly constructed roads/streets in Mahaveer Enclave, Barewal on Wednesday. In the complaint submitted at Sarabha Nagar police station, the officials stated that the civic body received a complaint against damaging of newly constructed roads in Mahaveer enclave. On conducting inspection by senior civic body officials, it was found that some unidentified person had damaged portion of street number 2-A while moving some heavy vehicle in the area. Further, a large portion of street number 9 has also been damaged due to ongoing construction works in a plot. The owner of the said plot is getting some digging work done at his plot. In that course, they damaged the newly constructed road. In the complaint sibmitted with the police, the civic body officials have sought strict legal action against the violators for damaging public property.
